Can I book an add-on by itself?

We can attend to spot stain removal however a call out charge is required. We recommend a thorough deep clean and extraction along with any add-on treatments.

Is stain or odour removal guaranteed?

We can't 100% guarantee the perfect outcome. It all depends on the material, condition and cause. However we use industry standard processes and our 3 stage cleaning process to give you the best possible clean.

How much does an add-on cost?

Starting prices are shown with each treatment. The final cost depends on what is needed and is confirmed as part of your tailored quote.
